Description
Asheville Gymnastics competitive team program is comprised of our boys compulsory and optional team, prep-opts and our girls compulsory and optional team! This group of boys and girls have shown advanced aptitude in strength, flexibility and skill level. They train anywhere from 10 - 20 hours each week and travel each spring or fall competing in competitions. Our team members commit their lives to the sport of gymnastics and to this team!
