We hired Tom and Blue Ridge Hospitality Group for our wedding in June 2023. Highlights include 1)they used a trailer that was not for catering so when they showed up the food was spilled everywhere and GUESTS had to help them clean up and try prepare enough to serve the wedding 2) wedding got delayed over an hour and half as result 3) we (wedding couple) had to miss dinner as a result of the delay and having to leave for photos before sunset 4) since food spilled we didn’t have all the food 5) Tom forgot cups, napkins, plates which then ruined our cocktail hour because of not having cups for drinks and we had to serve dinner on stuff purchased down the street that mismatched because they didn’t have enough for all of us last minute 6) untrained bartenders couldn’t even open a bottle of wine let alone make a mixed drink 7) coffee bar was never brought (was extra cost tho) 8) not all appetizers were not served at the cocktail hour because of the delay 9) food was terribly cooked and had multiple guests comment on the poor taste and display 10) Tom admitted and apologized for all the mistakes saying that the person responsible was fired 11) Tom agreed to a refund and then lied about p

Cons: Awful food, terrible service, doesn’t do what is promised. Doesn’t honor word and makes lies about actions being taken. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Last week an employee there followed a female friend of mine into the women's restroom and exposed himself to her. Owners and 3 other employees were notified, surveillance cameras show him going into the women's bathroom while she was in there, yet the owners and other employees are still protecting him and claiming she's lying. Absolutely despicable and horrid and this place should be shut down immediately!

Pros: Cool place if they'd get rid of the pervert employee who likes to follow women into the bathroom and exposed himself instead of protect him.

Cons: Women aren't safe there alone.

Luella's Bar-B-Que is one of the best barbecue restaurants in Asheville that I will definitely visit again!

The staff are extremely unprofessional and are scammers. You reap what you sow.

Tammy Ross is an incredible, patient, loving and inspiring voice teacher! She has an ability to see a student’s vulnerabilities and build them up personally as well as vocally to be confident, lovely musicians. I can honestly say I could't ask for a better voice teacher! She keeps her studio fun and lively with songs that I like and can relate to. Our hour long lessons have never seemed so short! Time flies when you are having fun! I'm so happy to have found Tammy!
